Equality


Portugal is a democratic state based on people`s sovereignty (power of people). In Portugal, the change to democracy took place on 25 April, 1974, through a revolutionary process, which lasted more than 40 years. Since Portugal is a democratic countries, the political power belongs its people and it followed according to the constitution. People have the right to actively participate and directly in politics regard less of, the citizen`s gender law that promotes equality in the practise of several civil and political rights and access is political office.


Birth Control


Birth contuol allows a responsible plan of the number of children and the ideal time for their birth and pregnancy and prevent an unwanted pregnancy. To avoid pregnancy people should use contraceptives. Despite the existing methods, none is 100% reliable for both women and men.·
These methods are not 100% and findings.Mechanical methods:
• male condoms
• female
• vaginal ring
• Diaphragm·Chemical methods:
• Spermicides (diaphragm)
• birth contuol pill
