Personal Hygiene
People should always have a good personal hygiene to be able to live better and have a healthy life. Once that a poor hygiene can lead to many of diseases. If you want to have a good hygiene you must:
· Take a daily shower and don´t forget to clean genitalia and anus, that must be washed daily with soap and water. Always wash your hands when: preparing food, when you go to toilet, before meals and ect.
· You should always have your hair clean: Always wash it with the right shampoo for your type of hair and wash it off with water, try to keep the brush that will be used to brush your hair clean.
· You must be careful with your oral hygiene, always wash your teeth every day and go to your dentist. You must use clean clothes and smell good.
To conclude: We should always be clean and look good. If we not follow what was said above, our relationship with other people will not be good because you can be criticized by them, because hygiene is necessary.
Food Hygiene
Food Hygiene: The food is an important factor for our health and it is necessary for an active social life. We must have a healthy diet to resist to infections and perform a good intellectual and physical work , as well.
The substances that exist in food are essential to a good functioning of the body, and right nutrients are essential for it food pyramid is a way to be sore of portions of nutrients, that be sore of that should daily.
Ingesting nutrients that should be daily.
Ingesting nutrients without being in the right portions for the good functioning of the body can cause:
· De seases caused by lack of vitamins, and fiber, such as colon cancer and constipation.
· And also diseases caused by the excess of fat, proteins, carbohydrates (sugar) and salt such as obesity (when the body gets more calories that it really needs.
But if the food is too rich, mainly in sugar and proteins, the body gets more calories than required, which will lead to obesity.
